- If the client is dissatisfied with the service outcome after providing substantial feedback and allowing our team a reasonable opportunity to rectify the issue.

- Paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) where the ad spend has already been utilized.
- Content creation and design services once the client has approved initial drafts.
- Any third-party service charges, including software or platform fees, incurred on behalf of the client.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel ongoing services at any time. However, any payments made for services already rendered will not be refunded. For subscription-based services, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
